MEAL PREP TIME!!!!

Hi guys- lets chat about meal prep. I am guilty of spending lots of money on fast food weekly.  I thought it would be a great idea to get ready for the coming holidays and change up my eating/spending habits. Meal prepping has always been a hassle for me on a daily basis.  If you work, have children, or even attend school, meal prepping can be difficult, but it pays off. There are many positive advantages to meal prepping such as healthier lunches/dinners and saving money instead of spending on fast foods daily. I wonder what an average person will save weekly?? WHO HAS TIME TO WORKOUT?

My conscious tells me I don't have time to workout, but I have plenty of time during the day. Its all about making time that is suitable for your schedule. There are questions you will need to answer to make this happen: 1. Does my job have an onsite gym? 2. Can I workout before, after, or during work hours? 3. Can I workout at home? 4. Are there nearby workout facilities (e.g. rec center gym, park, or fitness center)? 5. What type of workout plan am I interested in (e.g. kickboxing, yoga, dance, cardio, weightlifting, pilates)?
