Hi guys- lets chat about meal prep.
I am guilty of spending lots of money on fast food weekly. I thought it would be a great idea to get ready for the coming holidays and change up my eating/spending habits.
Meal prepping has always been a hassle for me on a daily basis. If you work, have children, or even attend school, meal prepping can be difficult, but it pays off. There are many positive advantages to meal prepping such as healthier lunches/dinners and saving money instead of spending on fast foods daily. I wonder what an average person will save weekly?? Lets do the math for lunch:) If you spend $10-15 daily you can save $50-75 weekly with a total of $300 or less monthly. That is a lot of money!!!
